The one thing that I love about living in Brisbane is the fact that I can continue to discover new boutiques and places to shop. 

Mombasa Rose is a E-boutique based in Brisbane set on giving you the hottest trends straight to your doorstep. They recently contacted me in hopes of collaborating and I was more than happy to work with such an amazing e-boutique! 

Mombasa Rose sent me this chic little tartan playsuit which I decided to style with some leather, denim, and leopard heels. I love the mixed print combination of tartan and leopard. I think it brings an outfit together with something extra special and unique. To finish this outfit off I threw on a chunky gold necklace.

Since its finally winter in Brisbane I decided to take full advantage and wear my favorite fur jacket. Winter in Brisbane is very mild (maybe gets down to 50) so I am enjoying it while I can. I love winter clothing because you can layer and be comfy while also looking super chic. This Fur jacket is absoultely EVERYTHING! I decided to belt the jacket to give it a bit more shape on my body. I paired it with a chambray shirt, faux-leather pants and a kick ass pair of peep-toe booties. This look is perfect for a night out or just a cold day when you want to grab any and everyone's attention. 

This beauty is one piece in the new upcoming line by Nancy King. Nancy King is a Brisbane based clothing line designed by the amazing and lovely, Sharni Lindsay. Miss Lindsay's previous collections have had colorful prints displayed across different kaftans as well as beautifully made shoes. In this upcoming line she still keeps her main aesthetics by creating beautiful new styles of kaftans with vibrant new prints, but she has also added flowing dresses in THE colors of the season among many other pieces that are sure to drive any girl crazy. And not to mention this beautiful fur jacket along with one other, The Isabella fur jacket (recently seen on Australian Fashion Blogger) are thrown into the mix.

Zara Striped Blazer + Chambray Shirt

I like to think of this outfit as my own personal version of a canadian tuxedo. I love the layered look with the blazer over the chambray shirt. The dark denim on the bottom breaks up the outfit a bit more and doesnt give it that severe denim on denim look. While taking these photos it was about 30 degrees celcius and 90 percent humidity... not so fun.
