So I am finally done with the first semester of my masters degree and boy, do I feel amazing. I have been doing nothing but working and writing papers for the last three weeks. No fun! BUT although I have been miserably writing papers for what seems like forever, I did received some goodies from my amazing friends at St. Frock in Sydney, making everything seem a little brighter. They never cease to put a smile on my face with their clothing! This biker jacket as been my go to ever since it showed up on my doorstep. The shoulder details are unreal and its PERFECT for the cold weather that has finally come to Brisbane. 

Also, Meet Cornelius! He's the new edition to my family. Cornelius is a baby English Bulldog. He loves a good cuddle and very longs naps (like 4 hours). He sleeps most of the day. I wanted to have this little pup with me in my photos cause leather jackets just look that much better with a feisty bulldog.

This Fur jacket is absoultely EVERYTHING! I decided to belt the jacket to give it a bit more shape on my body. I paired it with a chambray shirt, faux-leather pants and a kick ass pair of peep-toe booties. This look is perfect for a night out or just a cold day when you want to grab any and everyone's attention. 

This beauty is one piece in the new upcoming line by Nancy King. Nancy King is a Brisbane based clothing line designed by the amazing and lovely, Sharni Lindsay. Miss Lindsay's previous collections have had colorful prints displayed across different kaftans as well as beautifully made shoes. In this upcoming line she still keeps her main aesthetics by creating beautiful new styles of kaftans with vibrant new prints, but she has also added flowing dresses in THE colors of the season among many other pieces that are sure to drive any girl crazy. And not to mention this beautiful fur jacket along with one other, The Isabella fur jacket (recently seen on Australian Fashion Blogger) are thrown into the mix.

I love these J Brand jeans so much and to make them even more amazing, I bought them about 5 months ago for 40% off. No matter what time of the year, I think this shade of green goes great with all sorts of outfits and occasions. I paired them with a black belt, white shirt, and snakeskin peep-toe booties for a more edgy but casual look.

This week, I had a very productive visit to the The French Peg in Paddington, Brisbane. I absolutely love the lines they carry. It has a combination of some of my favorite American and Australian designers all in one store. Not only is The French Peg amazing but the owners, Amy Robinson and Jennifer King, are seriously the sweetest people and so passionate about their store! I picked up both the track pants (which I've been coveting for a while) and this amazing leather top. I love the sports wear trend that has been in style lately and I added some leather to the look to give it just a bit more edginess.

3. Zara Plaid Scarf: Plaid is everywhere right now and this adorable scarf from Zara is a perfect present for any trendsetter. 

4. MNOLOGIE Perspex Clear Clutch: This is probably one of my favorite selections. These clutches are hand made and have a metal clasp that can be engraved for anyone who is receiving it. They also come with little pouches that have these adorable logos like, "Celine Me Alone" and "Aint Laurent Without Yves".  If this seems like a perfect gift for someone you know, you have to order them quick because it takes a month to be made and they are located in Bali. 

5. Tony Bianco Arcadia Shoe: I love peep-toe boots and this pair is an affordable and adorable option. I know that if these were waiting for me under the tree, I would be one happy girl! 

6. Kenzo Sweatshirt: Graphic Sweatshirts are trending hard right now and this one is an amazing option: Its a bit pricey but, Boys, if you are looking for a great piece to give your girlfriend and willing to fork out a little cash, she will love you forever. There are of course more affordable options to this sweatshirt like this option (here) and this option (here). 

For Him 

1. Buscemi Sneakers: These sneakers are so amazing and they are super pricey. BUT the quality and design are so worth it! 

2. R.M. Williams boots: Since living in Australia, I have learned that these boots are a staple for all men of all ages. Dressed up or down these are a versatile item for any man wanting to look stylish. Although they may have a bigger price tag then some people may plan to spend, you will definitely be getting your money's worth. My boyfriend has a pair and he has had them for 10 YEARS! These boots are a great gift idea for your Dad, Brother, or Boyfriend. 
3. LuLuLemon V-necks: Jazz up any man in your life's  plain T's by giving them the T-shirts and V-necks at LuLuLemon! These T-shirts are incredibly comfortable and can be worn on any occation. They come in a variety of colors and styles. I get my boyfriend these all the time and he lives in them. 
4. Tom Ford Noir De Noir Cologne: Tom Ford Cologne. Enough Said. 
5. Rag & Bone Cardigan: These cardigans are adorable and I love the detailing of the elbow pads. This is a perfect staple piece for any guy's closet. 
6. Boconi Messenger Bag: This is a great gift for any guy but especially one who is new to the work force or needing some extra style to his everyday buisness attire. This option is on the more affordable side but there are plenty of other options that come with a heavier price tag if you really want to spoil the man in your life.
